I have a few bookkeeping questions for those of you in the know here.
Yes, it is time I find an accountant to assist me with some of this as well, but for starters I thought I could at least toss a few questions to ya'll. Thanks
1. I owned both my table and chair before I ever became a business. I do not have receipts for either - can they be claimed as business expenses, and if so, how? What about depreciation for them?
2. Schooling costs - my schooling costs are spread out over years - again, most before I started the massage business. How can those be claimed/listed?
3. Laundry - I do my own laundry, how is that cost figured in? Is it still $1.50 per set of sheets (number gleaned from notes from school)?
4. How do expenses get calculated for computers/software/etc?
5. anything else you might want to add - I'm sure I'm skipping things right now
again, thanks, and yes I will find myself an accountant soon
